there is a great accumulation of thought regarding missional which is making its way around the blogosphere. it started on March 28th, when Bill Kinnon at Achievable Ends wrote a post titled “The People formerly known as The Congregation.” Grace at Emerging Grace continued the thought with “The Underlying Issues.” finally Jamie Arpin-Ricci at (e)mergent Voyageurs wrote “The Community Coming To Be Known As Missional.”

i must say, jamie's post affected me most. this is the article i've emailed, photocopied, and pointed my friends to since he wrote it. both he and rick have this way of writing out what is floating loosely in my heart and head. there is a ruthless pursual of the mission here. there is a reckless abandon to please the Creator in this piece. thank you jamie and everyone else who helped with insight.
