spiritual formation retreat, etc

20 students (14-18) and 3 adults that are a part of our faith community and i have been away with 120 or so other students/adults for a time of spiritual formation and community. it was incredible. it was messy. it was intense. it was a catalyst for our own communities and a catalyst for relational discipleship.

needless to say, i haven't posted while i was secluded and there will be several occasions this summer that i will be absent. however, here are a couple things i'll be posting on soon...

...a wonderful visit with rick and fran meigs in the portland area...including some photos of his incredible garden (you won't believe what a botanist rick truly is).

...some thoughts on atonement as a means, not the end.

...some more thoughts on a new kind of seminary.

...is ordination necessary/relevant?

...a few other odds and ends.
