rob bell's new book, sex god, is now available in audio form @ audible.com. i was able to download the unabridged version last night and my wife and i have listened to the first half of the book (5 chapters). my friend steve watkins let me know it was available and on his recommendation i downloaded it. i like to read so i'm usually not a big fan of audio books. however, this version is extremely personal as the author not only reads the book, but bell also adds insight in regards to the writing process and thoughts in between chapters that are not in the written form. i've mentioned this book once before, but i'm realizing already that i will probably end up with several more entries in regards to sex god.
one initial thought which i will elaborate on later. i finally feel like there is a work in regards to sex which doesn't completely detach sexuality from every aspect of our lives. that is to say, bell appears to be addressing sex as a part of a larger story. i'm loving it!
