accuweather.com says it will be 22 degrees tomorrow in grand rapids. worse yet, the 'feels like' factor is supposed to be 14 degrees. here's the problem. tomorrow i leave sunny virginia for the tundra of michigan. we'll be visiting mars hill bible church to attend the 'isn't she beautiful' conference.
i'm pretty excited to be going actually. i've enjoyed reading mr bell's book, experiencing nooma, and listening to his teachings online. while i'm not sure what to expect from the conference, the best part about it will be traveling with jim and lance, two very good friends (i'll also be meeting several friends which i haven't seen in quite some time from around the states). i've been asked to report my experiences there and i will be doing that via this blog when i return home.
