While I believe God has always been a part of my life… the darkest moments, where I have felt the most disconnected, the most alone, and the most depressed have been the times where I have looked to anything other than God to fulfill me. Alcohol dependency, drug addictions, co-dependant relationships and suicidal thoughts were the worst manifestations of my life. Since deciding to pursue God everyday I have felt more alive, more connected, and more a part of something bigger than myself. Life isn’t easier but it seems worth it.
